Antes de llegar a Toulouse hicimos un alto en un pueblito llamado Villefranche de Lauragais... que habia ahi a visitar??? realmente no mucho, nuestro objetivo era llegar al llamado Hotel de France donde tenian un restaurantito que servia uno de los platos tipicos de la zona... llamado Cassoulet (que ya lo habiamos comido en Carcassonne), aqui rompen las reglas de la comida francesa y todo se sirve a LO GRANDE y por un precio pequeño. (Yeah!)

Before arriving to Toulouse we made a stop in a little town called Villefranche de Lauragais... what was there to see??? not much really, but our goai was to arrive to a place calle Hotel de France where there was a little restaurant that was serving one of the typical dishes of the zone... the Cassoulet (we had already eaten that in Carcasonne), here they break the french food rules and all is served VERY BIG and for a small price. (Yeah!)
